After Childbirth Class
Are you pregnant, or have you recently had a baby?
Contact us to arrange an After Childbirth Class where you can learn how to plan your family naturally, even while breastfeeding. A typical session lasts from 30 – 90 minutes depending on prior knowledge of Serena’s STM and a mother’s current breastfeeding experience.
No fee if you’ve taken our STM class. $25 for the After Childbirth Kit.

Mother Daughter Poster – 3 classes
Mom & Tween Class (9 – 12 year olds)
Covers : Tween TOB, Body Literacy & Basic Intro to Charting

Perimenopause Class
Are you wanting to learn more about perimenopause? And how to track your cycles during this changing season? This class is suited for women of all ages, whether they have, or haven’t yet, reached this phase of their fertile life. Come learn with other women about this beautiful “new spring”, and share with others during the panel and Q&A session at the end of the class.
